Where Grace Is Found
Take a moment to arrive.
Let the body settle in its own way.
There is nothing to prepare.
Nothing to correct.
Allow the breath to move naturally.
No need to deepen it.
No need to guide it.
Just notice that life is breathing itself.
Now notice something simple and profound:
the breath does not belong to you.
It arrives.
It leaves.
Between the inhale and the exhale,
there is a pause.
Do not hold it.
Do not reach for it.
Let the pause reveal itself.
This pause is not empty.
It is not absence.
It is presence without form.
Many traditions speak of seeking grace—
through prayer, through effort, through words.
And yet, grace does not require negotiation.
Grace is already given
in the pause between breaths.
Rest your attention there.
Not as an object.
Not as an experience to grasp.
But as the place where striving ends.
If prayers have been spoken,
allow them to fall silent now.
If questions have been asked,
let them soften.
This pause is where answers are not spoken,
but known.
Here, the divine is not addressed.
It is encountered.
Not as an image.
Not as a voice.
But as the very essence of awareness itself.
Source.
Creator.
God.
Christ.
The Unnamed.
Whatever name arises,
allow it to dissolve back into the pause.
Remain.
Notice how awareness does not move toward the pause—
it arises from it.
This is not a place you enter.
It is what has always been holding you.
If there is longing, let it rest here.
If there is hope, let it rest here.
If there is grief or gratitude, let it rest here.
Grace does not come later.
Grace is this.
Stay with the pause
as long as it remains.
And when the breath moves again,
let it move.
Nothing has been lost.
Nothing needs to be carried.
Universal Christ light consciousness, my soul’s delight.
Universal Christ light consciousness, my heart ignite.
