No Error

Try to discern the nature of your feelings
by allowing them to complete their work.
To discover the wisdom carried within feeling,
do not interrupt it with premature action.
Suppression is not resolution.
Reaction is not understanding.
Feeling is not an error.
It is an integrated movement of creation—
arising,
informing,
and dissolving
when permitted to be whole.
You imagine yourself divided:
the good I
and the bad me.
But what, truly,
is meant to change?
The I AM appears as two.

The joined are not united.
The separated are not apart.
Nothing here is actually in conflict—
only appearing so through incomplete seeing.
Let the feeling finish speaking.
Let the movement complete itself.
This moment
is the only reality.
Let the feeling finish speaking.

Nothing here is in conflict.
