INTEGRATION
Integration is not a conclusion.
It is not an achievement.
It is what remains when nothing inside you is dividing itself.
You are not balancing two selves.
You are not reconciling a split.
You are not holding awareness in place.
Awareness is not holding you.
There is no hierarchy here.
The witness is not above the person.
The person is not beneath awareness.
Both are movements inside something that does not fracture.
Thought moves.
Emotion moves.
Action moves.
But the field does not collapse into what moves within it.
This is not transcendence.
This is coherence.
The body breathes.
The mind interprets.
The horizon does not move.
You begin to notice something quiet.
Not dramatic.
Not mystical.
Just obvious.
There was never a distance to close.
There was never a gap to bridge.
The horizon was not ahead of you.
It was not above you.
It was not waiting.
It was what everything was already occurring within.
And now—
you are no longer reaching for it.
You are standing as it.
