Entering flow state

Allow the body to settle.

There is nothing to adjust.

The breath is already moving.

Experience is already here.

Notice what appears.

A sound.

A sensation.

A thought.

Each one appearing effortlessly.

Anything attention touches
becomes an object.

Nothing is wrong with this.

Simply notice.

Now allow attention to soften.

Not away from objects—

but toward the field
in which they appear.

If attention drifts,
notice.

And return.

Outward.

Inward.

Everywhere at once.

There is no edge to find.

No horizon.

No place where this ends.

You do not leave the field.

You only become absorbed
in what appears.

The body appears.

Awareness does not.

Seeing is present
before sight.

Knowing is present
before thought.

Rest here.

Not as a form.

Not as a thought.

As this.

Allow a question to arise.

Do not answer it.

Do not resolve it.

What knows this field?

Remain.
